These are windows media files (.wmv)  2 to 5 megabites in size.
  They are mostly honeysuckles but most shrubs have a similar shallow root structure.  Basically, all they need is to have a hard 'bottom' that the poppers tip can engage.  The popper does not work on trees or brush with a tap root. 

  You may notice that I do not expend a lot of energy using the popper.  I simply insert the tip, then apply leverage.  No mighty blows required with axes or shovels.

Honeysuckle removal with the Honeysuckle Popper is a lot easier than with any other tool. This video is my 'show cut' that I used at Home and Garden shows to attract attention.  On the larger ones, you see the 'final blow' after I weakened it by snapping or sawing the support roots.  The only tools I used removing these honeysuckles was the Popper and my 6" pruning saw.

  Heres the easy ones first. These are 6-8 ft. tall.

   The 'mediums are 8-12 ft. tall.  They usually require more than one pop to remove, but not a huge ammount of effort.

   Heres a couple that took multiple pops to remove.  This clip shows good technique for those bigger ones that require multiple pops.  Speed up 25% for better viewing.

How to remove blackberry bushes
   Heres a clip of me removing a big blackberry bush. This one was 15-20 years old and took about 3 minutes to get out. I've popped a lot of these and use my hand saw to sever the larger roots because they are rope-like.  The roots do not re-sprout if cut several inches from the crown. Most blackberry clumps I've popped come out fairly easily when compared to honeysuckles.  Boy, those stickers are a pain, though.  I wear thick welders gloves.
